OneWest was recently featured by Spectrum News 1 as part of their coverage of Give for Good Louisville — the city’s largest community day of giving — highlighting our ongoing efforts to bring new investment, businesses, and opportunities to Louisville’s West End.
Natasha Wade, a project manager with OneWest, spoke to how personal this mission is for so many on our team. A longtime West End resident herself, Natasha shared her deep connection to the neighborhood and her commitment to seeing it thrive.
The feature also spotlighted local success stories we’ve been proud to support, including West Lou Coffee and Brunch & Soul, as well as our continued focus on renovations along West Broadway. Jerad Davidson, our construction manager, spoke to the heart of what we do through The Plan Room — helping talented West End residents bridge the gap between hands-on skills and the business knowledge needed to grow and compete.
